Shipping Services
- We use various logistics providers for standard deliveries. We provide the following services which can be selected at checkout:
- Next Day & Next Day Saturday
- Next Day by 12pm & Saturday Next Day by 12pm
- Next Day by 10am & Saturday Next Day by 10am
- International orders are confirmed over the phone

Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed by 4pm on the day of order placement
- Orders placed after 4pm are processed and shipped through next working day
- Orders placed after 4pm Friday, on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery is within 24 hours, and expedited delivery guarantees arrival by 10am or 12pm the next working day on orders placed before 4pm
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- The customer is responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for any local legal and/or regulatory restrictions on the products being shipped; we will not issue refunds for shipments seized or missing due to such restrictions
Damages and Lost Shipments
- The customer is liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Where possible, we will assist with claims, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds. If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim with the carrier and retain all packaging and photographic evidence
- The client is responsible for any missed deliveries and any packages lost or stolen that have been requested to leave in a safe place or collection point
