My Filler UK Ltd accepts no liability for injury, adverse reactions, or losses arising from self-administration, misuse, or unlicensed practice.

Products are supplied in accordance with applicable UK and EU medical-device and cosmetic regulations.

6. Customer Responsibility and Indemnity

You are responsible for ensuring safe storage, handling, and professional administration of products after delivery.
By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold My Filler UK Ltd harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse, unauthorised administration, or non-compliance with professional standards.

7. Storage and Handling

Store products exactly as directed by the manufacturer.
We are not liable for degradation or loss of efficacy caused by improper temperature control, sunlight exposure, or mishandling once delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim connected to the purchase or use of our products is limited to the total amount paid for those products.
We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including delivery delays, business interruption, or loss of profit.

9. Shipping Policy

Processing Time — Orders placed before 4 p.m. (Mon–Fri) are normally processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

Carriers & Rates — Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Standard delivery typically arrives within 24 hours; express options guarantee next-day delivery by 1 p.m. for orders placed before 4 p.m.

Tracking — You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties — International buyers are responsible for local import taxes, duties, or restrictions. We do not refund shipments delayed, seized, or lost due to regulatory non-compliance.

Damaged or Lost Shipments — If goods arrive damaged, retain packaging and contact the carrier immediately. We will assist with claims but cannot guarantee recovery of funds.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility — Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items proven to have a manufacturing defect.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

Batch Verification — Returned items must match the original batch or serial number shipped. Any mismatch, tampering, or label removal voids eligibility.

Hygiene & Cold-Chain Restriction — Sterile or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned once shipped, except for confirmed manufacturing defects.

Refunds — Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of verifying the return.
If delivery was delayed but goods were eventually received, shipping fees remain chargeable. We may, at our discretion, refund part of the delivery charge for carrier-caused delays.

Reporting Issues — Report any issue within 3 days of receipt, including clear photos where relevant.

Return Shipping Costs — Customers cover return postage using a trackable service. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

Exchanges & Cancellations — Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

These terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Any substantial change will be published on this website and takes effect immediately upon posting.
